Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

For cancellation requests, email nuvioracare@gmail.com with your Order ID.

Replacement

Replacement requests are accepted for products that are:

• Damaged or defective
• Incorrectly delivered
• Leaking, broken or tampered with
• Spoiled at the time of delivery

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or an unboxing video. Eligible claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used or consumed wellness products are generally not returnable unless they were received damaged, defective or incorrect.

Products should be retained in their original packaging for verification.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable when an approved cancellation is made before dispatch or when an eligible replacement cannot be provided.

Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
